CPS77 is a native macOS app (SwiftUI, macOS 14+) for reading and writing the codeplug of OpenGD77 devices — straight over the USB serial port, with no WebUSB detour. It is also the default CPS for FreeTRX.
macOS 14+ v0.3.0 · Build 1002 notarized available
Open the DMG and drag CPS77.app into your Applications folder. Notarized by Apple — it launches without a Gatekeeper warning.
CPS77 is built specifically for the Mac, with the look and feel you
expect from macOS. It connects directly to the device (USB-CDC,
/dev/cu.usbmodem…), reads and writes the codeplug, and
comes with a full editor for channels, zones, contacts and talkgroups.
On top of that are the DMR-ID database and
satellite management — both can be filled straight
from the internet and written to the device.
